In Valdecuriel, we proudly embrace our wine-making legacy as a winery in an extraordinary spot between the villages of Curiel and Pesquera.

Standing more than 800 meters above sea level, dwarfed by imposing white stone scarps, we grow a grape with unique characteristics that make wine with a deep, intense and joyful flavor.

VINTAGE: 2014

ALC: 15%

Grapes: Tempranillo 100%

Aging: The wine matured for 24 months in French oak barrels and new American. It rested in the bottle for 18 months before leaving the winery.

Tasting notes: Ruby red, concentrated with reddish edges. Very intense and complex. Notes of red and black fruit, jammy and spicy. Undertones of chocolate and a light licorice touch, demonstrating its
lengthy maturing process. There is a prevailing aroma of violets, adding to its elegance.

Smooth and broad. Powerful, well-incorporated tannins. Structure, length, feeling of noble and distinguished grandeur. Well-balanced and persistent. The presence of a great wine.

Our vines which are planted in clay and limestone soil, are more than 30 years old and are situated in plots at 600 metres altitude in the interior of Valencia.

Thank to our climate, we can practice sustainable and organic farming with the objective of carrying out a balanced cultivation of the vines, which favours a microclimate with good airing and luminosity between the bunches of grapes.

TASTING NOTES
EYE : Cherry red colour with violet hues on the rim.

NOSE: Very intense red and black mature fruit, balsamic, liquorice and minty notes.

MOUTH: Full, intense and fresh entry. Good rounded mouthfeel, fruity, light and balanced

PAIRING SUGGESTIONS
Perfect for drinking in good company, for accompanying tapas, with all types of pasta and stew dishes.

Bodegas Coral Duero was founded in 2003 by Jesús Fernández, a native to Toro who spent most of his life working in the marine sector. A wine lover at heart, he harboured the dream to one day return home and produce the best wines in Toro.

AGING: 18 months in barrel French oak

TASTING NOTES: Powerful full bodied wine. Deep ruby red colour, with a hint of purple. An explosion of fragrances and a multitude of senses are awakened with clear notes of coffee, toasted oak and ripe red and black fruit.

A well balanced wine with robust structure and body, while offering a smooth tasting experience.

Concentrated and very aromatic. Balanced, elegant and juicy.

AGING: The wine matured for 8 months in French oak barrels and American, new (30%) and of various uses (1 to 3 years).

TASTING NOTES:

Color

Lively cherry tone and a violet base embraces its youth.

Nose

Intense, clear and clean. Notes of red fruit, wild flowers and a toasted nuance coming from the eight-month maturing process.

Mouth

Notes of tasty red and black fruit. Freshness and good acidity. Subtle notes of spices. Smooth, present tannins. Feeling of life, youth and strength.

Aftertaste

Quite persistent, clean, powerful and very juicy.

PAIRING: Full-bodied and fresh, Valdecuriel Roble is the perfect wine for appetizers such as young cheese and roast vegetables. Not as intense as a Crianza, this wine helps you appreciate all the nuances in the flavor of delicious, delicate dishes such as white asparagus.

Viña Lanciano estate, a 72 hectares vineyard embraced by a curve of the river Ebro, on the natural border between Rioja Alta and Rioja Alavesa. This privileged location, sheltered by the Cantabria mountains, creates a unique microclimate in each of its 22 plots, where sustainable viticulture respecting the vines natural cycle.

ALC: 13.5%

VINTAGE: 2017

GRAPE VARIETIES: 96% Tempranillo, 2% Graciano, 2% Mazuelo over 30 years old vines coming from our Viña Lanciano estate.

AGING: 14 months in new French oak from Tronçaise and 7 months in Russian oak barrels, followed by 18 months of rounding in the bottle in our cellar prior to release.

TASTING NOTES:
Bright ripe red cherry color. Wide range of well-defined aromas of ripe red fruit with violet nuances, thyme, cinnamon, and graphite. In the palate is intense, very expressive but at the same time very balanced. It shows great fruit character and a long finish.

Pluvium Premium Selection Red is a Spanish red, dry wine from the Valencia region. It is a blend of two grapes: Bobal and Tempranillo. Expressive bouquet, balanced with good acidity and a spicy background.

TECHNICAL DATA
Alcohol 12.5%

APPEARANCE
A beautiful pomegranate color.

NOSE
The vibrant nose combines ripe plums with floral touches of violets.

PALATE
The palate is round (a little on the dry-side) and the excellent acidity enhance its liveliness and balance, holding a nice tannic structure.

PAIRING
Classic Spanish cuisine such as tapas, cured meats, lamb, pork, manchego cheese, and roasted vegetables all pair wonderfully.
