KESSLER-ZINK is a private owned winery with a long tradition in winemaking in the heart of Rheinhessen, the biggest wine regions of Germany.

The winery has existed since 1969 and nowadays is one of the top 15 biggest wineries in Rhineland-Palatinate.

Nose:
It has a fresh and aromatic nose with notes of wild strawberry, red cherry and raspberry. These are complemented by delicate hints of rose petals and citrus peel. A subtle mineral undertone adds clarity and finesse.

Palate:
Light and refreshing on the palate, this rosé shows crisp acidity and vibrant red fruit flavours. Strawberry and red currant lead, followed by a touch of grapefruit and herbal freshness. The texture is clean and juicy, finishing dry, precise and lively.

Best Drinking:
This rosé is best enjoyed young and fresh, highlighting its fruit-driven character and brightness.

Delta Estate focuses on hand crafting wines that are expressive and true to their vineyard roots. Our wines are elegant, modern and restrained, highlighting characteristics from the vineyard’s terroir with minimal wine making influence. We aim to provide consumers with exceptional wines that are expressive, distinct and true to the terroir.

Delta Estate was founded in 2000 by three prominent wine industry veterans and good mates, who had spent evenings drinking wine and discussing the potential for exceptional and unique Pinot Noir in Marlborough. Using their collective extensive viticulture and winemaking expertise, they found a site that was ideal for growing high quality Pinot Noir in Marlborough’s Southern Valleys. This became the founding Delta vineyard, planted with high quality Dijon Pinot Noir clones. As other vineyard sites were identified for their unique characteristics, Delta has grown to incorporate other grape varieties such as Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay and Pinot Gris. Understanding that different grape varieties perform best in different soil types and microclimates, the Delta Estate philosophy is to produce wines that give a real expression of the terroir on which they are grown.

Selected from a single vineyard in the Lower Wairau Valley of Marlborough, New Zealand and fermented in stainless steel to retain the fresh and fruity characteristics, this wine is the perfect accompaniment to fresh seafood and fish dishes.

PALATE: This rosé is crisp and full with vibrant flavours of red Berries, fleshy stonefruit and a warm cinnamon spice.

Domaine Houchart is today owned by Genevieve, the wife of Jerome Quiot, having been originally acquired by her great-grandfather. During the period of the 1850’s, Aurelien Houchart was an energetic proprietor and negociant in wine, and created one of the largest domaines in Provence.

VARIETALS: Grenache 35 %, Syrah 25 %, Cabernet sauvignon 20 %, Cinsault 20 %

TASTING NOTES: Salmon pink coloured. Plenty of red berries on the nose, especially strawberries. Lively and fresh, with citrus fruit aromas and red berries too on the palate. It well balanced and long finish.

TASTING NOTES:

Wine Region Friuli-Venezia Giulia

Perfect for any occasion, as an aperitif. Delicate, with brilliant pale pink color. Fruity and fragrant on the nose. We can sense hints of raspberry, rose and strawberry. A fresh and aromatic prosecco.

SOIL: Gravely of alluvial foothill origin, typical of the land named “Grave del Friuli”.

VARIETAL: Glera and Pinot Noir

PAIRING: Wine can be enjoyed throughout the meal, also with salty dishes with spicy ingredients, besides the wine will enhance the aftertaste when combined with appetizers, perfect if combined with spicy curries because of the characteristic of the layer of bubbles.

IT Talamonti Moda Rosé Cerasuolo D’Abruzzo DOC

Grape Varieties: Montepulciano d’Abruzzo 100%

VINIFICATION: Following a selective hand harvest in early October, the grape stalks are removed and the subsequently crushed grapes undergo a traditional temperature controlled fermentation on the skins in stainless steel. On the second day the skins are discarded in order to reap the best perfumes with limited tannin and color extraction. The must is further fermented with select yeast in stainless steel temperature controlled stainless steel vats for almost a week at 15-17°C.

TASTING NOTES:

Bold, fresh and highly enjoyable, this contemporary expression of Abruzzo, where local roots bring together and inspire, and never to restrict. The eye catches a bright and intense colour; the bouquet is dominated by intense notes of red berries with a fresh hint of underripe Marasca cherry. On the palate, complex notes of red fruit combine with a pleasant freshness and well-balanced acidity.

FR Chateau Paradis Rose Coteaux d’Aix Provence AOP

The Château Paradis estate covers 185 acres in the northern part of Coteaux d’Aix-en-Provence, in the village of Le Puy Sainte Réparade. The estate is in the midst of a range of legendary landscapes, which the famous painters of Provence used to depict. The property was created by Jacques Héon (founder of Jacques’ Wein-Depot), who was charmed by the landscape. An old plot of vines called “Paradis” gave its name to the vineyard.

VARIETALS: Grenache Noir (50%), Cabernet Sauvignon (20%), Carignan (20%), Syrah (10%)

TASTING NOTES:
Essenciel rosé wine has a rose-petal colour and is elegant and dry with aromatic fruit aromas derived from a vibrant blend of Cabernet and Syrah.

PAIRING: Serve with cold meats, smoked salmon, bouillabaise and grilled sardines.
