Crafted by Femar Vini from a selection of Puglia’s best Primitivo grapes, this “Collezione” edition specifically utilizes fruit from old vines, which naturally produce lower yields but higher concentration and complexity.

TASTING NOTES:
- Aroma: A deep, opulent bouquet featuring sweet prunes, juicy blackberries, and dark chocolate, layered with subtle notes of aromatic herbs, licorice, and black pepper.
- Palate: Extremely full-bodied and “mouth-filling” with a velvety, jammy texture. Concentrated flavors of black cherry, plum, and milk chocolate, balanced by warming alcohol (16%) and soft tannins.
- Finish: Notable for its exceptional persistence, leaving a long, memorable trail of fruit and spice.
