The Bodegas la Eralta Hacienda El Olmo RESERVA is a sophisticated red wine from the heart of the Rioja region, crafted by a family-run 360 hectare winery in the village of Agoncillo, this Reserva represents a higher-quality tier of wine.

ALC: 13.5%

VARIETALS: 100% Tempranillo

• Tasting Profile: It features an attractive, bright ruby-red color. The nose is characterized by a harmonious blend of ripe fruits, specifically cherries and blackberries, balanced with subtle, complex nuances from oak aging, such as tobacco and earthy notes.
• Palate & Texture: On the palate, the wine is elegant, full-bodied, and rounded. It is noted for its velvety tannins that work in unison with the fruit to provide a smooth, persistent finish.

PAIRING: roasted meats, game dishes, grilled meats, and mature, cured cheeses.

AGING: 14 months french oak barrel and further 48 months in celar.
