VARIETALS:
The name GA.RY is a playful, clever acronym representing the three grape varieties harmonized within the bottle:
- GArganega (84%): The local hero, delivering regional identity, structure, and a classic almond finish.
- Riesling Renano (6%): The innovative wildcard, injecting sharp, electric acidity and aromatic depth.
- Y (Chardonnay) (10%): The international touch, rounding out the palate with smooth, fleshy fruitiness.
TASTING NOTES:
- In the Glass: Radiant, intense straw-yellow with youthful, greenish highlights.
- On the Nose: A delicate yet complex bouquet bursting with fresh green apple, ripe yellow peach, white jasmine, elderflower, and an intriguing whisper of white tea.
