Property of the BRUN family since 1900, the DOMAINE DE PARIS is located on the communes of Gonfaron and Pignans, in the Maures mountains. A clay-like, chalky permiam origin, with sandy and particularly with alluvium soils. Vines : 30 years old – Total area : 35 hectares
Fermented and matured in stainless steel tanks, the finished wine is, like Provence, floral, fresh and flirty.
