IT Franciacorta DOCG Brut “Alma Gran Cuvée” Bellavista

This cuvée represents the essence of Franciacorta and the idea of ??harmony of the Franciacorta Method signed by Bellavista. It is made with mainly Chardonnay grapes, therefore Pinot Noir and a small portion of Pinot Blanc. In the cellar it is assembled by skilled hands, starting from numerous vintage selections and some “reserve” wines from previous years, an indispensable treasure to perpetuate the style of the house over time. Another decisive factor is the fermentation and elevation of part of the base wines in small white oak barrels, capable of bringing intensity and complexity.

TASTING NOTES:

-Color: It has a straw yellow color with green reflections, a fine and continuous pérlage.

-Aroma: The nose perceives broad and enveloping hints, with aromas ranging from ripe fruit to fresh flowers, to notes of vanilla and pastry.

-Taste: In the mouth it is savory and complete, fresh and vibrant, decidedly consistent on the aromatic level. Long and harmonious finish.

FOOD PAIRINGS:

Whether you drink it as an aperitif or during a meal, it will be able to accompany numerous fish-based elaborations. Canapes with smoked salmon or pasta with lobster sauce.
