FR Arômes de Pavie, Saint-Émilion Grand Cru AOC 2015

Château Pavie is an old vineyard with grapes grown on hillsides since the 4th century. Classified as a 1er Grand Cru Classé “A” and is renowned as one of the finest terroirs in Saint-Émilion, known for its elegant structure and flavor.

VARIETALS:  70% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Franc, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon

AROMA It opens with notes of ripe, dark fruits such as warm plums, cherry jam, and blackberry tart, followed by dried lavender, and is complexed with notes of cedarwood, sandalwood, roasted walnuts, and roasted coffee.

PALATE This medium-full-bodied wine has firm yet smooth tannins. Its flavor is characterized by dark fruits and a distinct, refreshing mineral undertone.

AGING: French Oak Barrels for 32 Months
