OVERVIEW: Our Cabernet Sauvignon provides a classic pairing to lamb due to its tannin profile and hint of mint. You can also pair it with slow cooked beef or ribs to reinforce its juicy reds’ characteristics. Our regional sourcing from warmer climates to cooler temperatures provides a full spectrum of style and flavour.
TASTING NOTES: Lifted red and black fruits on the nose, hint of spice, and subtle hint of mint. Medium to firm tannins with long flavour length.
