TASTING NOTES

• Visual Appearance: Deep, dark ruby-red color with distinct violet and purple hues along the rim.
• Aromas & Nose: Highly expressive bouquet dominated by ripe blackberry, black plum, and dark cherry. These primary notes open up into secondary aromas of green bell pepper, sweet tobacco, vanilla, and a touch of baking spice.
• Palate & Flavor: Velvety texture delivering concentrated flavors of cassis, raspberry jam, and chocolate. The oak aging provides a well-balanced smoky undertone alongside hints of toasted vanilla bean.
• Structure & Finish: Medium to full-bodied with balanced acidity and soft, fully integrated tannins. The finish is clean, smooth, and persistent with lingering notes of dark cocoa and spice.
